Our soba noodles and omelette already use free-range eggs. We also are a signatory of the Better Chicken Commitment, an initiative supported by 30 Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) across Europe. It aims to significantly improve the conditions for rearing chickens. This includes more space per animal, reducing fast-growing breeds, and ensuring the presence of perches and natural light. We’re encouraging our suppliers to join us on this journey.
