Protect marine ecosystems.

We’re casting our net wide to use responsibly sourced fish.

We use the finest ingredients in our artisan sushi. To ensure we can continue to source them, we help to protect marine ecosystems.

Proud parent moment. We are the largest MSC-certified sushi kiosk franchisor in the world.

Our kiosks in France and Sweden have been MSC-certified since 2020. They were followed by the UK, Netherlands, and Belgium in 2022. This made Sushi Daily the largest MSC-certified sushi kiosk franchisor in the world.

Impressive huh? Well, we are not stopping. All our fish and seafood meet the criteria set by the Marine Conservation Society’s (MCS) Good Fish Guide and we are committed to only source MCS fish rated from 1 (“Best choice”) to 3 (“OK” to source) on their list – and aim to use more on their 1 to 2 list. That’s not all.

We are also committed to increasing our volume of certified responsible fish governed by the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC), Aquaculture Stewardship council (ASC), Global GAP, and Best Aquaculture Practice (BAP).

Setting the standard. High.

Our responsibly sourced farmed salmon comes from Scotland for the UK, and Norway for the rest of our countries of operation. We have carefully selected our suppliers for their high animal welfare standards and responsible aquaculture practices. Like engaging in waste reduction initiatives by repurposing fish waste into fertilisers or pet feed.
