Our tuna nigiri is the star of any plate. We start with our signature sushi rice, which is gently squeezed and hand-pressed into a ball.  We then place a sliced piece of tuna on the top. The rest is up to you. Add a little pickled ginger, a dab of wasabi and a drop of soy sauce to bring it all together.
