Crunch, freshness and packed with flavour, our tempura classic maki has it all. We use black sushi rice for this one and add a sprinkling of sesame seeds before layering in lettuce, avocado and wasabi mayo. The crowning glory is of course the crispy battered shrimp tempura. The maki is rolled skilfully by our sushi artisans and sliced with extreme precision.
